Placing an order
Submitting an order confirms that your checkout information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. We may review an order before fulfillment and decline or cancel it when reasonably necessary for suspected fraud, failed payment, pricing errors, unavailable stock, technical errors, legal restrictions or another legitimate operational reason.
Product details and availability
We aim to describe hanging accessories accurately. Screen settings, lighting, manufacturing variation and other reasonable factors can cause minor differences in appearance. Genuine errors in prices, descriptions, stock or technical information may be corrected. If an error materially affects a submitted order, we will explain it and provide an available resolution.
The checkout agreement
Before submission, checkout displays product prices, applicable shipping charges, discounts, taxes where applicable and the final total. Payment options are shown at checkout. Successful payment authorization and applicable fraud or security checks are required.
Processing and shipping
Processing normally takes 2โ4 business days after payment confirmation, extending to up to 5 business days during holidays, promotions or unusually high order volume. Standard shipping to supported U.S. destinations generally takes 10โ15 business days after dispatch. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Inventory, product location and destination determine fulfillment by our facilities or designated partners.
Returns and the refund route
Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery under our Return & Refund Policy. After an approved returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method and generally processed within 5โ10 business days.
Canceling before fulfillment
Contact us promptly to request cancellation before fulfillment starts. We make a reasonable effort to honor eligible requests, but cannot guarantee cancellation after fulfillment or shipment has begun. Successfully canceled orders before fulfillment have no cancellation fee.
Order or product problems
For damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially misdescribed products, send your order information and photographs or videos where appropriate. We review the situation and offer a reasonable replacement, refund or return solution.
Promotional conditions
An offer may include eligibility rules, an expiration date, product restrictions or other conditions shown with that promotion.
Mandatory consumer protections
These terms do not exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
